Ultra Thin Film Coatings

Ultra Thin-Film Powder Coatings are designed to provide acceptable hiding with a very low film build.

Vitracoat’s high quality and proprietary manufacturing process allows for a more consistent distribution of the raw materials throughout the powder mixture.

When coupled with our exacting particle size control, Ultra-Thin Film Coatings can be sprayed as low as .80 mils to 1 mil, as compared to conventioal products that must be sprayed between 2 and 4 mils. Vitracoat’s Ultra Thin-Film
