Krista Dal Pozzo, RN, BSN, NP

Meet Krista Dal Pozzo, RN, BSN, NP! She has been a nurse for over 6 years, and is soon-to-be licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Within that time, she found her niche as an aesthetic injector and has not looked back since. She is certified in both Botox and Fillers, and has worked with some of the most well-known mentors in the industry. Working in various areas of healthcare has helped her develop many skills which are valuable to being an aesthetic nurse. She has always had an artistic eye and a love for effortless-looking beauty. She is extremely passionate about this industry, as well as helping her clients achieve their vision!

Magda Miklasinska, RN, BSN

Magda Miklasinska, RN BSN is an aesthetic nurse provider with a true passion for helping people achieve confidence through aesthetics. Magda focuses on delivering safe, beautiful, and natural results. Her motto is “less is more” and making her patients look and feel like the best version of themselves. Magda earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has over 14 yrs of experience in the field of Obstetrics. Outside of work, Magda enjoys spending time with her family & friends, running, reading and traveling.

Megan Rancatore

Megan Rancatore’s fascination with aesthetics began at a young age as she experienced challenges with her own skin. After pursuing a career in theatre and marketing, she realized her true calling was in helping others who were struggling with their skin to craft their own unique journey of care and treatment.

She received her esthetics license in 2023 after graduating from Universal Spa Training Academy and TrueU Laser Academy. She has been practicing throughout the Fox Valley at medical spas since her graduation. Her practice has focused on understanding her clients' individual needs and making them feel confident and comfortable with their skin.

Megan resides in Geneva with her husband, her two children, and fur baby.

Beth Stehman, RN, BSN

Beth Stehman, R.N., B.S.N. has been a resident of St. Charles, IL since 2010. She has over 10 years of nursing experience working in an acute care setting, concierge medicine, and case management. Beth’s interests in skin care began in middle school while struggling to find the right skin care regime to treat her teenage acne. Beth believes everyone deserves to feel good in their own skin which is what led her on a path in nurse aesthetics. Beth has a passion for safety in aesthetic medicine and providing services that help others look and feel good through facial harmony and natural treatment outcomes.

When Beth is not injecting, she enjoys spending time with her husband, watching her twin daughters play soccer, or walking her two dogs (Tripp and Mabel) along the beautiful Fox River.
